- 판권지(사본) / Copy of the colophon (publication information page)
- 책 표지(사본) / Copy of the book cover
- 한국어능력시험 성적증명서 등 / TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) score certificate, etc.
미제출 시 학위청구논문심사 신청이 불가합니다.
Failure to submit will result in ineligibility to apply for the degree thesis examination.
